How do I obtain an access code?
Audio Book access codes are currently available for purchase at the LWW Online Store or through select books stores (check with your store manager). When you purchase a code via the LWW Online Store , you will receive your code via email, along with your purchase confirmation. If you purchase a code from a bookstore, you will receive a gift card with an access code or you will find a code printed on the front inside cover of your text.

How do I unlock content with my access code?
From the homepage click "New Access Code" located in the left column. If you are an existing user, sign in with your user name and password; if you are a new user, you must create an account. Once you have completed account registration or logged in, you can enter the access code into the "Enter New Access Code" field.

How long is my code active?
Codes provide you with access to audio content for 60 days following initial activation for downloading and synching to your personal listening device. During this time, we ask that you download and save the audio files you have purchased to your local PC or a local memory device so that you are able to retrieve these should you require them again in the future. If you do not do this and require access to audio files later in the future, you will need to contact Customer Support at 1-800-638-3030 (U.S. Only) or 1-301-223-2300. Please be prepared to provide your proof of purchase.

Can I enter more than one code?
Yes - and you DO NOT need to complete registration again. If you need to activate more than one code, simply log in and choose the "Activate a Code" option. Enter the code in the box provided and it will be added to your account. You can associate as many codes as you need to your single user account and access all content through that single account (i.e. you need only one user name and password).

What do I do if my code or password isn't being accepted?
Passwords are case sensitive so please be sure you typed it correctly and do not have the Caps Lock active. Codes need to be entered exactly as they appear on the card or as printed in the book. If you continue to have problems with a code or your password, please call customer service at 1-800-638-3030 (U.S. Only) or 1-301-223-2300.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the Forgot My Password link. Enter your email address that you supplied at the time of account activation and click the submit button. You will receive an email message with your account information.
